COB (Chips on Board) LEDs are a fantastic new way of lighting. COB LEDs are packed together as one lighting module rather than having individual LEDs. This allows an increase of lighting area while avoiding the uncomfortable glare that you can get from other lighting sources. Our G6T049 Ultimate Car Torch has switched to having COB LEDs in the barrel for the work light and red strobe giving you the best possible lighting and finished with a frosted panel over the LEDs.
